REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Platinum Deluxe.

Due to the nature of our products, items that expire in less than 1 month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For all other eligible items, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original condition

Please contact our customer service team to request a return and receive a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, contaminated, or otherwise unusable, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, send a replacement at no additional cost.
