Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of increased demand, processing times may be extended slightly. If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Shipping Availability
Platinum Deluxe® currently ships to:
- United States addresses
- U.S. Territories
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.
Customs & Duties
Platinum Deluxe® is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
