How to Get Glowing Skin-Platinum Deluxe

You've heard it before: If you want radiant skin, you need to take care of it. But how do you do that? Well, one thing we can tell you is that it doesn't matter how much sunscreen or lotion you wear--you still need to exfoliate and moisturize. Here's everything else:

You can't skip the steps of exfoliation and moisturizing.

Exfoliation is important. It's a good way to remove dead skin cells, impurities and blackheads. If you don't have time for the full-body scrubbing routine, just focus on doing your face once or twice a week by washing it first with warm water and then using cold water when you dry off. This will help get rid of any dirt left behind from the day's activities, which can lead to breakouts if not cleaned off properly!

Protect your skin from the sun.

Sunscreen is your best friend when it comes to protecting your skin from UV rays. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and apply it at least 15 minutes before going outside. If you're going to be participating in sports or other activities that may result in prolonged exposure to sunlight, make sure to reapply sunscreen every two hours as well.

If you have trouble remembering how much time has passed since your last application of sunscreen (and who doesn't?), instead of guessing how long ago it was that you applied the product—which could lead to inaccurate results—use this handy guide:

  • The back of each hand should look pale and slightly pink; if not, apply another layer immediately!

  • The tops of both ears are usually burned very easily by excessive sun exposure; be sure not only to cover these areas but also protect them from further damage by wearing hats or sunglasses whenever possible!

Apply a serum at night time.

You can apply a serum at night. It's best to do this before bedtime and then apply moisturizer afterward.

  • Apply the serum on clean skin, making sure it isn't too heavy or greasy.

  • You may want to use a sunscreen if you're going outside for long periods of time or plan on being out in the sun for any length of time (like walking around).

Use a sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

Make sure to apply sunscreen liberally. Remember, you want to protect your skin from the harmful UV rays that can cause premature aging and cancer. Use a sunscreen that is waterproof and SPF 30 or higher. Choose a sunscreen that has been tested on humans, as well as being fragrance free so it won't irritate your nose or eyes (especially since this product contains essential oils).

Don't skip any step in your skincare routine and you'll have glowing skin.

Exfoliation is key to getting rid of dead skin cells and keeping new ones from forming on top, so be sure to exfoliate regularly. This can be done with a scrub or by using a gentle face wash that contains alpha hydroxyl acids (AHAs), like glycolic acid for example. Whatever method you choose, it's important that you use a product that doesn't contain harsh chemicals such as sulfates or parabens because these can dry out sensitive areas around your eyes and nose.

After cleansing, moisturize! If possible try adding an antioxidant serum before applying lotion for extra protection against aging signs like wrinkles caused by sun damage over time which causes fine lines around eyes/nose area too if left untreated long enough without proper daily care regimen including sunscreen use daily during summer months when UV rays are strongest due to location near equator where midday sun shines longer hours per day year round so even if cloudy skies occur during winter months those same rays still penetrate through clouds causing damage at higher rate since exposed skin will absorb more UV light than shaded areas where no direct sunlight hits except during short windows early mornings & late evenings right before sunset when most people go inside house since they know it gets dark fast after sunset--even though some people still think they need sunglasses just because they're afraid there might be darkness coming sooner than expected (which isn't true!).
