Skin Care Routine for Oily Skin -Platinum Deluxe

Skin Care Routine for Oily Skin -Platinum Deluxe

I have oily skin, and it's something I've had to deal with my whole life.

Over the years, I've tried many different products—from cleansers to moisturizers and more—in an effort to find the perfect combination of ingredients that will help keep my skin at its best. But the truth is there are only a few things you need to know about keeping your oily skin under control:

Cleanser

You can cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and avoid using harsh soaps or alcohol-based products.

  • Don't wash your face too often. Leaving it alone once in awhile will help to keep acne at bay.

  • Don't scrub too hard, as this can cause irritation that may lead to breakouts. Try gentle exfoliation instead of harsh scrubbing motions, which can irritate the skin and cause unnecessary redness or rashes on your face as well as dryness (and therefore more oil production).

  • Avoid fragrances and colorants! These ingredients can be irritating when they come into contact with sensitive areas like around the nose or on forehead lines where wrinkles tend to form naturally over time due to aging processes associated with UV exposure from sunlight exposure during those times when we're outdoors working outside doing activities like gardening etcetera...

Toner

Toner is used to clean the skin after cleansing. It can be used to remove excess dirt and oil, balance the skin's pH level, tighten pores and even out your complexion.

Toner should be applied after cleansing but before moisturizer. It will help to remove any residue from your cleanser that may have been left behind on the surface of your face or neck area. If you have oily or combination skin, then a toner with SPF is recommended!

For example, if you're in need of an antioxidant mask that will help control oil production and balance the pH levels of your skin, look for one with salicylic acid. These masks are typically made with natural ingredients like tea tree oil, cedarwood oil and jojoba seed oil—all of which have properties that make them great for treating acne-prone skin Toners are designed to help prep your skin for moisturizer. They are also a good way of ensuring that all traces of makeup and dirt have been removed from your face. If you have oily skin, toners can help control the oils on your face so they don’t cause breakouts..

Serum

Serums are concentrated and powerful products that can be used to treat specific skin conditions, as well as specific types of skin. For example, if you have oily or acne-prone skin, serums will help control the oil production by reducing excess sebum production. To use this method effectively, you should apply your serum before moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning after washing with gentle cleansers (but no soap!).

If your skin is feeling dull or dry on top of being oily underneath—and those aren't just two different things!—you may want to consider adding an antioxidant mask into your routine as well. Antioxidants work by protecting cells from free radical damage caused by pollution agents like UV rays and pollution particles in our air quality; they also help strengthen cell walls while boosting collagen production and decreasing inflammation levels produced by these same causes mentioned above!

If you're looking for a more natural alternative to eye cream, coconut oil is an excellent option. It has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and swelling around your eyes, as well as antimicrobial properties that can kill the bacteria that can cause blepharitis (an inflammation of the eyelids).

Eye Cream

Eye creams are a great way to moisturize the delicate skin around your eyes, but they can be tricky. The first ingredient should be water, so look for ones that have at least 80% of their formula made up of it. They should also have some light-weight oils like jojoba oil or sweet almond oil in them—these are both non-comedogenic (meaning they won't clog pores) and absorb quickly so you don't get greasy looking lashes. Avoid mineral oils altogether; they tend to make the area around the eyes especially greasy looking because of how easily it absorbs into your skin!

Make sure that whatever eye cream you choose doesn't contain harsh chemicals such as parabens or sulfates either—these ingredients can aggravate oily skin by inhibiting its natural production process!

If you have dry skin, it’s important to keep your skin moisturized. Dry skin can lead to a variety of problems, including premature aging and fine lines. If you have oily skin or acne-prone skin, then you may want to use a non-comedogenic moisturizer.

Moisturizer with SPF

Moisturizer with SPF

In addition to moisturizing, you should also use a sunscreen. SPF is an important part of your skin care routine and can help protect against UV damage.

If you have oily skin and are prone to acne or rosacea, then it’s especially important that you wear an SPF-containing moisturizer every day. A good rule of thumb: if you’re not sure what kind of sunscreen works best for your skin type (or if there aren't any options available), try one with an SPF rating over 30!

TOP RATED OVERALL SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Use only products designed for oily skin, as others will make your problems worse.

When you have oily skin, the best way to combat oiliness is by using only products designed for oily skin. This means no masks or scrubs, no clay masks and no scrubs that are supposed to help minimize shine. You also shouldn’t use self tanner because it will make your problems worse! Instead, use a cleanser, toner and moisturizer with SPF in them every single day (and night). If you want more details about what I recommend for each step of my routine see below:
