When I turned 30, something changed. It wasn't just that I was older; it's that my skin was changing quickly -- and in ways I didn't know how to deal with. The second decade of my life brought with it new concerns about my future looks and health, which prompted me to evaluate what steps I could take to keep my skin looking good.
